Personal Experiences

There is currently one low-energy proton therapy facility in the UK, at the Clatterbridge Center for Oncology, which can only treat cancers of the eye. British patients seeking the therapy for any other tumour have to travel abroad and it can be a challenge to determine eligibility for NHS funding.
